EQUESTRIAN CENTER
The Long Branch Lakes Equestrian Center is the centerpiece of the community’s 1,000-acre Equestrian Village. The facility includes a 28-stall barn, large companion storage barn, working pen, vast fenced pastures, boarding and professional instruction. From here, riders enjoy easy access to the community’s 30 miles of riding trails.
LAKEFRONT RECREATION PAVILIONS
The main amenities area is located at the edge of the 50-acre Camp Lake, featuring an expansive, open-air pavilion constructed of massive white pine timbers and graced with a stone fireplace. Boat docks welcome residents to the pleasures of paddling and fishing. The second amenities area is located on 80-acre Long Lake and continues the community’s inviting architectural themes with massive log construction and stone fireplace. There are also bathroom facilities, boat docks and lakeside gazebo.
THE GENERAL STORE
The Long Branch Lakes General Store is a natural gathering place conveniently located within the community where residents can grab essentials and a bite to eat at the café, or kick back among its covered porches for a relaxing afternoon of camaraderie among friends and neighbors.
COVERED BRIDGES
Two soaring covered bridges, handcrafted from white pine timbers, highlight the community’s lighted, winding roads.
HEATED POOL AND WATERFALL
Located in the Camp Lake recreation compound, the swimming pool is refreshing in summer, heated in the cooler months and fed by a waterfall built of natural stone. A children’s pool and changing facilities are here, too.
TENNIS AND RECREATION
The Camp Lake recreation compound boasts four tennis courts, a separate basketball court and adjacent sports fields for softball and soccer.
THOUGHTFUL EXTRAS
The natural beauty of the community is enhanced though the use of underground utilities, including fiber optics. There’s also a wooded community park and helipad.
