Preferred Builder Program
The creation of the Long Branch Lakes Preferred Builder program, and the selection of the builders who comprise it, was never matter of simply welcoming those with a hammer and a contractor’s license. The criteria established for inclusion spans unusually high degrees of builder experience, product quality, proven craftsmanship and customer delight, coupled with a commitment to the owners’ clear vision for all the facets that comprise the Long Branch Lakes lifestyle.
The five preferred builders now in the program well surpassed these requirements.
